Features of Electrical Iron Without Temperature Regulator

This 200W electric heater plugs into a 220-240V power outlet and automates the process of heating your branding iron to enable easier and more consistent branding than with a gas torch.

The heater comes with a UK plug, but can be used with adaptors to work on any 220-240V mains supply (220-240V UK, EU, Australia and other countries with 220-240V power). It comes with an M8 threaded attachment to screw into the back of your stamp and hold it securely, and a metal stand to place the iron while hot.

Depending on the size of your branding iron head, heating times will vary between 5-20 minutes. 

Please note, brass logos are sold separately. If you are not sure, which electrical iron to choose. Please do not hesitate to contact us through email sales@hamilton-rand.co.uk. They can heat up brass of maximum 60x60mm square. These electrical irons comes with shaft and M8 threaded rod to fit our brass dies.

Instruction for using Electrical Iron

Operating:

1.  Make sure that shank is in fixed position and screw is tightened.
2.  Place iron on the stand.
3.  Connect iron to main current.
4.  Surface of the connection points must be clean.
5.  Turn on the switch.
6.  Leave iron to heat up to 30 minutes. (Smaller brass die, less time require to heat up)
7.  Turn off the switch.
8.  Brand on the surface you require. If it’s not marking, repeat from step 5 to 7. Do not leave powered on longer than 10 minutes.

Please note:

⦁    200W electrical irons will take 10 - 15 minutes to heat up and mark every 1-2 seconds approximately.

⦁    Please do not forget to turn off the switch.

⦁    If iron is faulty or not working, do not open, change fuse or damage in other way. Please contact us.
⦁    If you opened iron, tried to change fuse or damage other way, iron will not be suitable for exchange.
