How to operate

This machine has one 8mm diameter hole at the heat plate.

Step 1: Install the die with threaded shank and fix it by screw nut.

Step 2: Connect the Plug to power.

Step 3: Switch it on.

Step 4: Press set key to begin to setup the temperature

Step 5: Press <  to select single digit

Step 6: Press the last two up and down buttons to adjust the temperature

Stamping reference temperature

Paper: 85-120°C

Soft plastic: 75-85 °C

Hard plastic: 35-100 °C

Man-made Leather: 75-85 °C

Creasing temperature: cowhide 120-150 °C

Soft PVC: 65-80 °C

Synthetic Leather: 160-180 °C

Wood mark: 350°C

Interchangeable brass logos

Hamilton Rand branding plates/brass logos are easy interchangeable. This allows you to use multiple plates with same electrical iron unit.

Care Instructions

We highly recommend to take good care of your engraved brass head. Which means, clean it regularly or after each use with brass wire brush.
